How to Order

If you are interested in placing an order with us, please call or email in the first instance. You can also use our enquiry form to get in touch, and we will contact you back at a time to suit you.

Our Ordering Process

Step 1 - Send us your requirements
Send us an enquiry with your requirements, including the type of product you need and the quantities required.
Step 2 - Recieve a quote
Receive a quote from us for all the items you have requested in your order, which is based on our current availability and pricing.
Step 3 - Confirm your order
Confirm your order and agree to the payment terms stated in the quote. New accounts will need to establish a credit line with our finance team. 
Step 4 - Delivery instructions and discounts applied
Receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your order, including delivery instructions and any applicable discounts or promotions.
Step 5 - Order is shipped and tracking provided
We will contact you when your order is ready to be shipped and provide tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.
Step 6 - Follow up
Once your products have been delivered, we will check in with you to see if you have any questions or concerns, which is all part of our personal service.
